Scissor Type Car Lift Analysis

To Perform failure analysis of the body designed and developed according to the actuator standards using analytical calculation and Finite Element Analysis - This is the validation to determine the stresses and failure regions of the parts under consideration prior to the prototype and die development stage. - This validation is followed by practical validation and cycle tests after developing the prototype body .

Heat Transfer Analysis

Heat transfer analysis in a heat exchanger using CFD method To find the temperature of the coolant and exhaust gas at the corresponding outlet at a different mass flow rate. Also, to analyze the heat flux and the flow pattern inside the volumetric space of the heat exchanger, and the temperature distribution across the wall area. And finally, examine the pressure drop at the outlets. For more info call: contact@theshapingfactory.com

CFD Analysis - Solar Panel

The project was to find out the flow rate of water, and to select the appropriate pump such that the water flows with the required flow rate and velocity from each nozzle and to optimize the arrangement of nozzles in series or parallel for the pump horse power. There are total 4 solar panel lines in parallel and to clean it, there are total 88 nozzles. For more info call: contact@theshapingfactory.com

CFD-structural Coupled analysis

CFD-structural Coupled analysis of a ball valve seat The study was a CFD-structural coupled analysis on the seat of the ball valve for three different materials: PTFE, NITINOL, and VITON The boundary condition is based on pressure drop and is selected for the most critical situation of the ball valve selected for the analysis. From the results of factor of safety, total deformation, maximum principal stress, Nitinol is the most ideal material for the seat of the ball valve but also the price of Nitinol is way more than Teflon and TPU. 1 kilogram of Nitinol costs between 20 USD- 50 USD. Bolted nozzle flange structural analysis

Two nozzles were connected through a bolt. The strength analysis of the bolt was done keeping in mind all the contact surfaces type, forces applied and fixed surfaces. The section deformation, stress, shear strain, bolt pretension, etc. were computed through this study. For more info call: contact@theshapingfactory.com

3D motion study analysis

3D motion study analysis of the metro Girder launching To estimate the position, boom length, and radius of the crane to lift and place the girders on the portal. Also, to check and verify the crane lifting capacity at the particular boom length and boom radius. To prepare the 3D model of the actual site in its original size. elements like pier-portal, crane, road, wall, girder, rail, etc were drawn in 3D with their original shape and dimensions. A 3D model of the crane was prepared according to the outline dimensions of the crane to be used. Similarly, all the parts were the appropriate degrees of freedom. There were assumptions taken. As the flexible rope cannot be modeled in 3D software, so, a rigid rod is modeled for it. Which also fulfills the criteria of rope remain always straight in practical application. Then, the degrees of freedom of the crane were manipulated to get the optimum position, boom length, and boom radius so that the girder can be launched on the portal easily with some clearance left from all the obstructions and in minimum crane capacity. Failure analysis of PP-steel table

Failure analysis of PP-steel table The Purpose of the FEA Study was to determine the strength of the Foldable table containing Polypropylene top and steel tube stands. Also, the purpose was to check different designs of the same table, like one with the top having ribs and one with the top not containing ribs, and optimize the wall thickness of the Polypropylene top. Thermal analysis

Thermal analysis of a solar still using FEA method. The client wanted to optimize the fin thickness and height so that the maximum output of distillate can be collected. Solution : The client has provided me the solar heat flux at a particular hour of the day. I have applied that boundary condition in the software by calculating the heat flux on every region like glass, aluminum basin, water, and fins by the theory of radiation and applying the reflection, absorption, and emission from all the surfaces. Transient analysis for 4 hours was performed and the results were nearer to the actual readings For more info call: contact@theshapingfactory.com
