We list you as an expert consultant on our company profile after you join our organization as a consultant engineer (Don’t worry it’s not a full-time job).
If we require your skillset and expertise for a project we will contact you. We’ll send you a proposal outlining the expertise we require, the time constraints we face, and your scope of work on the project.
We will offer you compensation and credit exchange for your work. Following the agreement on the terms, we begin working on the project in accordance with the contract.
Only after your job is completed successfully will we pay you your fees and credit you according to the contract.
